In addition to our logistics and distribution business, we also engage in investment activities, such as corporate acquisitions. We focus on investing in companies that have growth potential and can create synergies with our operations.

당사는 2021년 9월 국내 시스템판넬 1위 기업 기린산업을 인수하고 교육부의 '그린스마트 미래학교' 사업에 참여 기린산업이 개발한 모듈러 주택 기술을 기반으로 사업 수주를 추친하고 2022년 전국 8개 학교의 모듈러 교실 사업 총 116억원 규모의 공사를 마무리 지었습니다.

Our company acquired the leading domestic system panel company, Kirin Industries, in September 2021. We also participated in the Ministry of Education's "Green Smart Future School" project. Leveraging Kirin Industries' modular housing technology, we successfully secured contracts for modular classrooms in 8 schools nationwide, with a total project value of KRW 11.6 billion, which was completed in 2022.

광산 개발 사업

Mining Development Project

당사는 필리핀 민다나오 Dinagat지역의 니켈광산 개발 프로젝트에 참여하고 있습니다. 매장량 약 3억톤의 니켈광산 채굴사업에 투자를 계획중이며,  Mid-stream 물류사업에 LCT 바지선 6척을 투입할 예정으로 연간 1,000만톤 총 30년간 운송 예정 입니다.

Our company is involved in a nickel mining development project in the Dinagat area of Mindanao, Philippines. We are planning to invest in a mining operation that involves extracting approximately 300 million tons of nickel ore. Additionally, for mid-stream logistics operations, we are planning to deploy 6 units of LCT barges, with a total capacity of 10 million tons per year, to support the mid-stream operations for a period of 30 years.
